Customer support for our products

DeCoSystem offers a fast and efficient customer support service. The best and most efficient way to provide support to our customer is by remote assistance and connecting directly on the systems.  
In this way, it is possible to analyse together with the customer the issue and solve it in the shortest possible time.
To be able to connect remotely to the system, we offer two different software packages that must run on the target system to make it possible for our support team to connect to the system.
Please select one of the two packages to download and execute on the target machine.

suitable for systems running 64bit OS 
Windows 7 64bit onwards

Supremo Remote
suitable for systems running 32bit and 64bit OS
Windows XP 32bit onwards

Once the client has been downloaded, please copy in to the system and run it. If the computer is connected to the internet, the main window of the remote support software will show and ID number (only for the Supremo remote software, it will also show a password). Please share the ID and the password with our support team for the remote assistance.

To speed up the remote assistance procedure, please communicate the system serial number to the support operator. The system serial number is written on the CE-mark plate on the camera box or the main rack.
