The printed orange must be the right orange, as well as the printed red must be the right red!
The integration of our inspection system on the printing line guarantees this result. Any printing problem, such as colour variation, splashes, dirt, missing ink, mis-registration etc, is detected by the system.
The flawed material can be rejected directly on line or it can be removed at the end of the printing process.
In any case a detailed report of the entire process is automatically stored and it can be analyzed for any further need.
Our cameras can be used to optimize the printing process and reduce the waste. The machine start up time is reduced and in case of printing problems the system stops the machine before generating waste of material.
The operator can use information coming from the camera to adjust the machine and to improve the printing process.
