Print Inspection on cylindrical metal objects

The system checks the printed decoration on cylindrical objects as aluminium tubes, caps, cartridges, areosol and cans.

Spectro-AL inspects the decoration on rotating objects without any index and it automatically centers the image of the checked object compared to the reference model.

Spectro-AL is easy to be integrated. It can be installed into any printing production line.
Thanks to the small size of the camera box it can be integrated inside the mandrel carousel too.
Spectro/Metal has a very intuitive operator interface with a fast setup and a really powerful defect detection software. 

Different configurations for different needs
The accuracy of the control can easily meet the customer quality requirements.
Three different standard configurations are available but it is possible to customize the system iintegration depending on customer needs or special requirements.

SPECTRO-AL80

The system is equipped with colour camera of 2048 pixel. It can be installed directly on the printing machine and can assure a speed up to 500 pieces per minute.

Spectro-AL80 is designed for the inspection of offset and silk screen printing.

SPECTRO-AL150
