Print Inspection on PLASTIC bottles and tubes

Spectro-L is equipped with a line-scan camera and it is designed and optimized to inspect the print on cylindrical objects.

Tubes, bottles, containers, caps, sticks, jars and many other plastic products are controlled with the best accuracy.

Spectro-L inspects the decoration on rotating objects without any index and it automatically centers the image of the checked object compared to the reference model.

SPECTRO-L150

The system is equipped with colour camera of 2048 pixel. It can be installed directly on the printing machine and can assure a speed up to 400 pieces per minute.

Spectro-L150 is suitable for the inspection of offset and silk screen printing.

SPECTRO-L250

The system is equipped with colour camera of 4096 pixel. It can be installed directly on the printing machine and can assure a speed up to 250 pieces per minute.

Spectro-L250 is suitable for the inspection of offset and silk screen printing.

SPECTRO-L-CVI

The system is equipped with graylevel camera. It can be installed directly on the printing machine and can assure a speed up to 250 pieces per minute.

Spectro-L-CVI is suitable for the inspection of hot-stamping and silk screen printing (one/two colours).
