INSPECTOR-MET

Surface inspection for metallizing machines
Thanks to its highly modular configuration Inspector can be easily integrated into any production line. It is possible to configure the web width and the appropriate illumination for each different application.

The integration directly into the metallizer guarantees an immediate alarm in case of problem or bad material and helps in the waste reduction. The installation into a slitter machine assures a certification of produced rills.

Reel Report
Data about the controls, defects and any other and real time information on the ongoing production can be made available in form of reports or data file.
The reports with the analysis of the detected errors can be graphically or digitally printed, they can be filed and transferred to a host computer.
The Job Report offers the user a powerful tool for internal and external documentation of the quality of the print results. The report function creates a separate report for each inspected reel.

Transversal direction monitor (TD)
During production it is possible to overview the film quality of the inspected reel in the transversal direction. The graphic shows in real time the distribution of the defect on the transversal web direction.

Machine Direction monitor (MD)
During production it is possible to overview the film quality of the inspected reel in the web running direction. The graphic shows in real time the distribution of the defect on the web running direction.

Defect History
The Defect History Mode provides the operator with a detailed overview of all defects, which the system has detected during a job. After calling up Defect History Mode a graphical defect overview (Virtual Reel) appears, into which the system automatically enters every detected defect.

Defect on Metallized film
Inspection systems integrated into metallized machines or rewinding slitters. Typical defects are: pin holes, trans way lines, lack of metalization, scratches, wrinkles, spattering, bubbles, etc,

OD measurement
Inspector can be integrated with an optional module for the Optical density measurement. This features performs the  control of the optical density in the 100% of the surface.

Metal
Inspection systems intstalled into stretching lines, rolling lines and coating lines for metals.
Typical defects are:
holes, intrusions, streaks, bumps and pits.
